Reservations
We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available. Bookings made day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number.
Cancellation Policy – Individual
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time to avoid full charges.
We reserved your time just for you, late arrivals will receive the remaining time at full charge. No Shows are charged in full. (Cancellation policy for Groups vary based on contract.)
Spa Guidelines
Guests of the Heavenly Spa by Westin must be at least 18 years of age for massage and body treatments, and 16 for facials. Out of courtesy for all guests, cell phone use and cameras are prohibited within the spa premises.
Take Time
Give yourself plenty of time so you can enjoy the steam, sauna or sanctuary prior to your services. This will relax and warm the muscles, which will aid in the therapeutic benefits of all our treatments and services. We suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to your first service. Respect yourself and others by turning off communication devices prior to entering the spa, locker rooms, fitness and treatment areas.
Shower
A quick shower just before your massage or treatment is relaxing and washes off any salts, minerals or chemicals that could clog pores when mixed with oils or other treatment products. Your may also relax in the Sanctuary, where your therapist will pick you up for your treatment(s).
Payment Method
Heavenly Spa by Westin Savannah is a cashless operation. We accept all major credit cards and Westin room charges.
Let Go
Close your eyes and allow your mind to be free. Breathe deeply and let the tension slip away with each breath. Remember, this time is for you.
Communication
Prior to the start of your service, tell your therapist the areas you would like to focus on, and any areas to be avoided. During your service, let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Communication is the key to getting what you want out of your Heavenly Spa experience.
Treatment Attire
Unless the service description specifies otherwise, it is customary to wear just your robe to your service. You will be given the opportunity to disrobe and cover yourself in privacy. Throughout your services, your body will be draped with linens for modesty. At no time during your treatment will you be fully exposed.
Gratuities
A 20% gratuity is added to all services and is adjustable upon checkout based on your satisfaction. Additional gratuities for support staff is at your discretion.

A delightful way to introduce someone to the benefits of spa services, Heavenly Spa by WestinTM gift certificates are perfect for any occasion and are available for individual treatments, spa or bridal packages or predetermined denominations.
Location & Check-in Procedure
The Heavenly Spa is located across from the hotel at the clubhouse. A shuttle is available on demand at the lobby level,
or it is a short 7-minute walk. We ask that you arrive at least 30-minutes prior to allow for the check-in process and time to change into your robe.
We will provide you with a locker, robe, and sandals. Our facilities include sauna, steam room, and Westin Workout.
Additional Thoughts
We request that all valuables are stored in your room or locker provided for you at the time of your service. The Heavenly Spa by WestinTM is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
All spa treatments and fitness facility prices are subject to change without notification. Our spa guest service agents will assist you with any pricing inquiries you may have at the time of your reservation.
